The email address is already in our database...

1) After selecting a membership level, you will be asked to enter your email address. If the email address is already in our database, first check to make sure you have entered the right email address.


2) Then, click

    • LOGIN, if you know your password, or
    • FORGOT PASSWORD to get a temporary password sent to the email address you used.

3) Select the scenario which best describes your situation and follow the instructions for resolving the issue.

4) Upon successful completion of the membership application process, you will receive an email from us confirming your application and with instructions on how to pay for your membership.

Applicant is joining as an individual.

Individual membership New applicant is joining as an individual using their own email address.

  1. Log in to the account using your email address.

  2. After logging in, go to the JOIN US page.

  3. Fill out the membership application.
  4. Review.
  5. Confirm.

Applicants are joining as a bundle. Both are new.

Bundle membership Both applicants are new and they will be sharing an email address. They will be filling out their application during the same login session.

  1. Log in to the account using your email address.

  2. After logging in, go to the JOIN US page.

  3. Fill out the membership application for the first applicant.
  4. Review.
  5. Confirm.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 above for the other applicant.

Applicant is forming a bundle with a current member.

Bundle membership A new applicant will be using the email address of a current member whose membership level is INDIVIDUAL. The membership level must first be changed to BUNDLE. Afterwards, the new applicant can be added.

Follow the steps below to change the membership level to BUNDLE.

  1. Log in to the account using your email address.

  2. After logging in, go to the JOIN US page.

  3. Click EDIT YOUR MEMBER PROFILE

  4. Click CHANGE (under Membership Details).
  5. Select BUNDLE. Then, click NEXT.
  6. Review your profile data. Make changes as needed.
  7. Click UPDATE AND NEXT.
  8. Click CONFIRM (to confirm the change in membership level).
  9. Click JOIN US (in the blue menu bar).
  10. Follow steps 3-5  for joining an existing bundle below.

Applicant is joining an existing bundle.

Bundle membership A new applicant is joining a bundle previously set up by a member.

  1. Log in to the account using your email address.
  2. After logging in, go to the JOIN US page.
  3. Fill out the membership application for the new applicant.
  4. Review.
  5. Confirm.
