Executive Board
Executive Board meetings are held every month, usually on the 1st Wednesday at 1 pm over Zoom. Meeting minutes are available upon request.
Elected Officers
After election, Officers serve 2-year terms. President and Treasurer elections are held on even-numbered years. Elections for Vice President, Financial Secretary, and Recording Secretary are on odd-numbered years. Installation of elected officials is held at the first General Meeting of each year. A Club member must be a Club member for at least 6 months before they can run for election.

Standing Committee Chairpersons
Standing Committee Chairpersons are appointed by the Elected Officers after the Installation of Officers each year. They have full voting privileges at Board meetings.
