Executive Board

Executive Board meetings are held every month, usually on the 1st Wednesday at 1 pm over Zoom. Meeting minutes are available upon request.

Elected Officers

After election, Officers serve 2-year terms. President and Treasurer elections are held on even-numbered years. Elections for Vice President, Financial Secretary, and Recording Secretary are on odd-numbered years. Installation of elected officials is held at the first General Meeting of each year. A Club member must be a Club member for at least 6 months before they can run for election.
