Agenda for Finance Committee Meeting

1. Review and correct the Club’s Financial Position (Chart 01), Annual Income/Expenses (Chart 02)

2. Review and correct Last Month’s Income/Expenses (Chart 02a)

3. Reconcile Bank Accounts (Chase) with QuickBooks accounting program.

4. Discuss budget items for proposal to the Board.

5. Discuss other non-budget financial items for proposal to the Board (e.g., re-allocating QuickBooks accounting of Scholarship funds as the amounts of scholarships given exceeds the amount in the Scholarship Fund).
