Inspired by the incredible true story of composer Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges. The illegitimate son of an African slave and a French plantation owner, Bologne (Kelvin Harrison Jr. in a tour de force performance) rises to improbable heights in French society as a celebrated violinist-composer and fencer, complete with an ill-fated love affair and a falling out with Marie Antoinette (Lucy Boynton) and her court.

T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation, an original form of the Chi Kung discipline which is concerned with the awakening, balancing, and circulation of the Chi (Vital Force). Originated in 1974 by Justin Stone, T'ai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and a closing pose which are simple to learn and have lasting benefits. According to Justin Stone, "The rewards in good health, wisdom, serenity, and longevity are great for the one who learns the ancient principles and applies them in a modern way."
